Patients typically arrive at San Diego International Airport (SAN), located about 30 minutes from the U.S.–Mexico border.
- Day 1: Airport → Hotel
- Day 2–3: Hotel ↔ Hospital
- Day 4: Hospital → Hotel
- Day 5: Hotel → Airport
